"Piccola Cuvée" wine
- Light, with delicate fragrances of flowers and fruit, balanced with effervescence and acidity. Easy.
- Alcohol content: 11.5% vol.
- Grape variety: Chardonnay, Grechetto gentile
- Vinification: Delicate pressing of the grapes. Fermentation at a controlled temperature with selected yeasts added.
- Accompaniments: Ideal as an aperitif, or to go with light dishes with white meat and fish.
